I took my car home after waiting for two hours. Later in the day, while running an errand, my tire pressure light came on.
I was in panic mode. I was close to Bob Sight Dealership, and they were so kind to test my tire pressure and fill my tires with appropriate air. I called Dick Smith Service and informed them, and they asked if I would return to their site. I did, and to my dismay, not only did they not check my tire pressure under the "Works", they did not top off all of the fluids that they were suppose to under their "Works" advertisement, I wonder if they even changed my oil and rotated my tires at this point, I will never return to that Dealership again.
Even though the manager offered me a "free oil change" at the next time I needed an oil change. They do not value people's lives or customer service.

I made a phone change because it came out at 5. I have called for 4 months and they have lied to me saying that they were going to credit me the Only lies and not reality. She went outside and check the front of her doorway and nothing was there. She even forwarded me a picture. I called the company and they open a incident report. However, Sweet Devotion was lavender with lavender roses. She got red and white roses and 1 balloon. You got to be KIDDING ME. I will never order from them again. BUYER BEWARE. I blocked the number. The tech said he wasn't able to deduct it and that his estimate was what the computer generated. I called and was cutoff by one employee and quickly transferred by another! The tech said there was no one that he could call!!! They took the Sears name but do not deliver the level of service that was previously associated woth the Sears name.
I donot reccomend them fpr appliance repair. Had lunch at Sergio's Cafe on Ave and Kendall Drive, Miami, Florida on September 24th. I had to return my lunch twice, the first time the chicken and rice was cold and dry. My waiter told me to get something else since others were returning that same dish. The waiter was very apologetic and I told him to just let management know and forget bringing me anything else, just the bill. The upsetting issue was that the manager never came over to apologize.
